In a year of great hip-hop releases, ScHoolboy Q’s latest Blank Face LP, stands among one of the best with his fantastic storytelling and some of the best production you’ll hear all year. “Neva CHange” in particular is incredibly smooth yet poignant, with SZA’s vocals perfectly balancing Q’s grittier lines.
